Lloyd Dunkley founder of dance Cubana salsa in 2004 has worked tirelessly to promote Cuban music and dance throughout the East Midlands and in particular more recently in Nottingham, Derby & Leicester as well as hosting his own Cuban events Lloyd was the original DJ at Revolucion De Cuba Derby.
Over the passed two decades Lloyd has developed a real passion for Cuban culture and has hosted 2 CubaMeMucho festival 2008 & 2009 in Nottingham in which he was one of the Dj’s along side DJ Melao & Richard Fallon.
Born in Kingston Jamaica Lloyd has always had a love for music and his earlier days built his own sound system playing Reggae Rock Steady & ska, he traveled to Cuba the birthplace of his father and developed an affinity with firstly the Music and very soon afterward the dance and culture.
Lloyd loves music & loves to play music.
