DJ Johnnie Beatz is a lover of all dance, from Cuban to Street, with an extensive and eclectic background which he calls on to keep dance floors buzzing.
Best known from Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield and the Midlands as a spinner of Cuban and Salsa music, Johnnie is also a qualified salsa teacher and has performed dance. His solid reputation from dancers and respect by his peers, led him to cross the waters to headline the Cuban room at Europes biggest salsa festival in Hamburg 2018.
This fun loving DJ shows his versatility covering a broad palette of salsa and Latin music from Cuba to New York, Puerto Rican, Colombian, through Dominican Republic and beyond. His sets take you from the fun of Salsa and Merengue, through to the sensual sounds of Bachata, Zouk and Kizomba and back again. The only thing you will want for, is a longer night in which to dance!
